After the library we went to the Art Gallery. First we saw Goldies paintings - they were so realistic they looked like photos but they weren't.
Then we saw the modern art and the sculptures. There was one that had two pitch forks, rope and the back window of a land drover ,it was my favourite piece of art.
One piece of art was wiered because it was a red and yellow half circle .
There was also a piece of art that had hills and a bird, it was by Don Binney - I really liked that one too. The art gallery was really cool.

I am pleased that you liked the painting by Don Binney - he is my favourite artist. Many of his works have beautiful birds, sea, trees and sky in them. I will bring a copy of one to school to show you.
